Heater

Electrical installation, simply explained

Electric sauna heaters need a dedicated circuit (heater options for this cabin run up to 6.0kW), wired in by a qualified electrician before first use. It's a routine job, similar in scope to installing an electric shower or an EV charger.

  • Must be installed by an NICEIC or Part P certified electrician, to BS 7671 standards
  • Worth getting a quote before delivery, so your sauna is ready to use as soon as it's built
  • Full wiring specifications are included in the product manual

A sauna built for four brings a genuine gathering into a distinctive oval-shaped cabin, a traditional Nordic form built for modern gardens. This is our Löyly line, named for the steam and heat that rises when water meets the hot stones.

Built from sustainably sourced Nordic spruce with a 42mm log wall, double-glazed windows and an 8mm tempered glass steam room door keep the internal climate steady while letting light in. Aspen benches on two levels give you a choice of heat intensity, with a safety railing around the heater position. A separate front room offers space to change, store, or simply cool down between rounds. Roof covering and fixings are included as standard.

Choose your heater below: two electric options sized to this cabin, or our Harvia wood-fired set. Delivered in a flat-pack kit and self-assembled over a weekend.

Installation & electrics

All electrical work must be carried out by an NICEIC or Part P certified electrician to BS 7671 standards. This is arranged directly by you and is not included in the sauna price.

The sauna must be erected on a firm, level base with a damp-proof membrane beneath the first row of timber.

Please check all components against the parts list before beginning assembly, and contact us before you start if anything is missing, damaged or incorrect.

Care & warranty

5-year structural warranty covering the timber and joinery, running from the date of delivery.

Exterior timber supplied untreated must be treated with a suitable wood preservative as soon as assembly is complete, and maintained, to keep the warranty valid.

Natural timber may show knots, grain variation, or minor surface marks. These are characteristics of real wood, not defects.

Full terms are in our Warranty Policy.
