Why We Started

Most of what's sold as "wellness" in the UK today is passive. A supplement. An app. A scented candle. Real recovery, the kind backed by decades of clinical research out of Finland and now Harvard and the Mayo Clinic, requires something more deliberate: heat, stillness, and time away from a screen.

Finland has one sauna for every 1.6 people, and the tradition goes back thousands of years, long before anyone called it "wellness." Regular sauna use is linked to measurable reductions in cardiovascular risk, better sleep, and lower stress markers: not folklore, published research. It is one of the oldest health routines still practised today, simply because it works.

We're upfront about that because we'd rather you go in with the full picture than be surprised halfway through.

We're a UK-registered business, and every order is handled by a small team who genuinely believe in what we do. We use saunas ourselves, and we think most people underestimate how much better they'd feel with twenty minutes of proper heat in their week.
